Regent FE is looking for sector specific Business Development partners with an existing network and sales experience:

    Remuneration: To be discussed. Business Development staff are not limited in their earning potential and receive generous commissions on the book of customers they bring onboard.

Regent FE is on the market since 2011 and you will be supported by a professional back-office focused on the listed sectors, a mature tech platform and industry leading counterparty network. You will be selling a very focused package.

Purpose of the role: developing new business relationships and the sales pipeline, accounts, currency management & payment solutions.

The company is focused on providing best-in-class service to funds, investment firms, family offices and international corporates by offering frictionless service and specialised support for the sector. Our back office team is knowledgeable and experienced in supporting complex professional clients across regulated and non-regulated sectors.

The purpose of the role is to grow sales revenue and relationships, provide high-quality service to all internal and external stakeholders & customers when fulfilling job responsibilities.

The scope of responsibility:

  • Drive sales inline with the company goals by identifying and securing new clients, from outreach to negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
  • Independently develop and execute business development strategies, ensuring consistent communication and updates in internal systems.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, leveraging your expertise to offer solutions to typical challenges faced by target customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and prospects, and build internal networks with risk, compliance, and other bank departments.
  • Engage in industry events and networking, actively contributing to the sales and relationship management team.
  • Opportunity to develop a junior sales team, but not compulsory

About you

  • Experience in sales, business development, account development, or relationship management in the payments/banking sector.
  • Demonstrated sales success and ability to operate within a regulated environment.
  • Great networking skills and demonstratable success in building a network
  • Proactive and dedicated, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to representing the bank effectively.
